Specific Details are as Follows:
First, the quality of the product itself or spare parts for free repair, replacement.
Second, in five years warranty.
Third, the company set up a radiator service team, the team arranged for the person responsible. In the initial stage of product use, we send a service guide to explain the use of the product and its maintenance rules. During the use of the product, we guarantee regular return visits to our customers. After receiving the customer's request for after-sales service, telephone or fax, we will be available 24 hours later. Internal response, and strive to solve the problem in the shortest time, if the problem can not be solved short-term, to make a written explanation and clear time to resolve.
Fourth, if there is any adjustment in the layout of the customer, the company or the local responsible agent shall provide the guiding service for design guidance and disassembly.
Fifth, for damage to products or spare parts caused by external accidents or improper use by customers, the company provides maintenance services and charges the cost of repair or replacement as appropriate.
